The Digital Receipts network provides the tools and documentation necessary for Point of Sale and online shopping cart developers to quickly update their solution to start generating and storing digital receipts through the GERDA system.

GERDA also allows retailers to deploy digital receipts within their retail environment and take advantage of all the personalized marketing tools provided by Third Solutions.

GERDA stands for Global Electronic Receipt Data Aggregation and represents the Central Database where all Digital Receipts created at any Point Of Sale (POS) are processed and distributed to the requesting party. The platform consists of a Database and a Web Service interface which validates incoming digital receipts and related data. Receipts stored into GERDA are based on the ARTS Digital Receipt XML standard which provides a standardized view of all receipts data originating from any retail store through any Point of Sale solution.
